Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Clarity Calls – Free 15-minute call, limited to one per person/business. Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Missed calls cannot be rebooked. Systems Audit & Roadmap ($350) – Payment is required at booking. You may reschedule once with 24+ hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. 1-Day Setup Intensive ($500) – Payment is required at booking. Rescheduling requires 72+ hours’ notice. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, but your payment can be applied as credit toward another service. Ongoing Ops Partner Support (from $750/month) – Billed monthly with a 1-month minimum. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Unused hours do not roll over month to month. These policies keep scheduling fair, protect both of our time, and ensure we can focus fully on the work once you’re booked in.
